A Constitutional Court for Afghanistan

This is an internal memorandum concerning the structure and function of the constitutional court in Afghanistan. It sets out the major design questions, including the size, structure and work of the constitutional court, and proposes solutions, while discussing why alternative proposals are not acceptable.
