Constitutional/Political Reform Process in Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan: Political Elite and Voices of the People

This collection of policy papers and commentaries was part of a joint IDEA and CIPDD project focused on reforming two issues in the Georgian political system: separation of powers and devolution/distribution of powers. Views of the Georgian policy community, as well as European reaction to those views, are included. The document also contains a regional dimension, via the inclusion of expert analyses of political reform in Armenia and Azerbaijan in the context of European integration.
