This guide to recognizing diversity and social inclusion in the Nepali constitution was designed to engage Constituent Assembly members as well as the public, and considers efforts to ensure that the concerns of Nepal’s diverse communities are addressed through the constitution. It also considers challenges and outlines specific recommendations to ensure social inclusion, as well as providing several constitutional options.
