Drafting Instuments

This document discusses technical drafting matters for COPAC. COPAC extracted a list of proposed constitutional issues from the public consultation phase. This report describes how these would be drafted into the constitution. In addition to the ''what'', the report also discusses the ''how'' - how to achieve the desired substantive provisions and gap filling.
